Picked me up with my work colleague at the airport. The ladies who work at Starbucks and the breakfast/restaurant area are SO nice. Conference facilities on the second floor were nice. Stayed at this location for a work conference. I was there for a conference in Crystal City, but I wished that I had booked a less expensive hotel a few miles farther out. What I really minded was feeling ripped off. I didn't mind much that the lobby and restaurant are decorated with dead sticks arranged in pots or that the sink in my bathroom didn't drain or that the shampoo smelled like asphalt. I was able to find the hotel when I arrived, and did not mind too much that the hotel does not have a sign. Eventually, I discovered that the wireless worked in the lobby and the restaurant. Lots of less expensive hotels have dependable wireless. When "Guest" did not work, a staff member gave me the password to the other wireless system, but that did not work either. I was disappointed that the wireless internet did not work in my room.
The hotel appeared to be safe and the food was good in the restaurant. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.
